Kira Plastinia, 15, is a high school student by day, but top fashion designer by evening. She is the daughter of Sergei Plastinina who is the billionaire co-founder of Russia's largest dairy and juice producer Wimm-Bill-Dann. With a gift of $100 million from her wealthy father, she has opened a chain of more than 30 clothing stores across Russia. During the Moscow Fashion Week last October, Kira Plastinia threw a whopping 2 Million dollars for the appearance of hotel heiress Paris Hilton (video below).
