The Hanna Montana sensation declared that she doesn't want to have $ex until the wedding night because of her Christian religion.

"I want to keep my virginity until I marry, I was brought up in a Christian family." the 16-year-old Disney star told to Dailymail.

Miley Cyrus Nick Jonas Dating Again?

Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas are working together on a music video for Disney called Pass It On. The two, who split in 2007, are reportedly dating again.

According to NY Daily News, the 16-year-old Hannah Montana star is on a dilemma: she is considering rekindling her romance with her first love boyfriend Nick Jonas. But she doesn’t know how to dump her current boyfriend Justin Gaston, whom she has been dating about 8 months. An insider told NY Daily News,

Miley and Nick want to get back together, Because they’re working together [on a new video], they’ve been put in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone

Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching. Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.

She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they’re over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it.

The rumor Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas were dating again comes early April as the pair was spotted lunching together. Both Miley and Nick’s rep declined to comment on their clients' personal life.

It was hurtful. There wasn't nothing funny about it. And, quite frankly, I think if I said those things about his daughter, he might not find it so comedic.

Jamie Foxx allegedly attacked Miley Cyrus during his Sirius radio show Sunday night, saying Miley needs “to get a gum transplant…make a $ex tape…do some heroin.”

The 41-year-old comedian has apologized for his remarks about the Disney star on Tuesday’s Tonight Show With Jay Leno “I apologize for what I said. I didn't mean it maliciously. You know I'm a comedian…I got a daughter too, so I completely understand.”

Josh Holly (TrainReq), Miley Cyrus Email Hacker, Busted by FBI

Josh Holly (TrainReq) Is Miley Cyrus Gmail Hacker Who Was Now Busted by FBI!

Josh Holly, 19, is from at Murfreesboro in Tennessee. Holly hacked into the email account of Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus in December 2007 and stole quite some of the 15-year-old teen sensation's private photos supposedly sent to then boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Initially, he wanted to make bucks from those provocative pictures but only found no any photo agents who'd like to buy the images since they were obtained illegally. So he watermarked those illegitimate pics with screen name Trainreq (possibly originating from trainwreck, a word often described Britney Spears during her meltdown by some gossip bloggers) and uploaded onto the internet for everyone to view. As a result, the squeaky-clean image of Miley Cyrus was almost ruined.

Josh Holly bragged openly about her wrongdoings and boasted that he would never be caught. But he may be wrong! The 19-year-old was busted by FBI at his Tennessee home on Monday October 20. The authorities seized three computers and a phone from him, Wire.com is reporting:

“A 19-year-old hacker who published provocative photos of teen queen Miley Cyrus earlier this year was raided by the FBI Monday morning in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The hacker, Josh Holly, repeatedly bragged online about breaking into the Disney star’s e-mail account and stealing her photos. He also gave interviews to bloggers and others and boasted that authorities would never find him because he moved so often…

“When agents finally left his apartment after conducting an extensive search, they had three computers and Holly’s phone, among other things.”

Joshg Holly was not arrested or charged, but apparently he was stunned by FBI's raid:.

"I was just kind of shaking. I was thrown way off guard," he told Wired.com. "I guess somebody ended up ratting me out."
