A good song about the licentiousness of the world. A song of lament that seems appropriate as our
traditio for a late summer Friday. Since we begin Morning Prayer each Friday by reciting the
Miserere , it seems appropriate to sing
"Forgive us our trespasses, father and son." Besides, I am long overdue in putting up something by
REM. So, this one goes out Lloyd Blankfein, the Fabulous Fab, and Hammerin' Hank Paulsen, and everyone at
The Great American Bubble Machine, otherwise known as Goldman Sachs for their
"notions of glory and bull market gain."On a personal note, it has been a good week reflecting about writing, blogging, posting. We'll see what fruit is borne of it.
